These Brunswick Sardines in Lemon, Chilli and garlic are a tasty and healthy source of protein, healthy fats, and omega 3s. I like that these have real visible chunks of garlic and chili flavouring, these flavours complement the flavour of the Sardines beautifully. I also like that this product doesn't require any cooking or preparation and can be conveniently eaten straight from the can, on a piece of toast, or cracker. At just a few dollars a tin, these are also a very affordable product, and they have a long shelf life. Nutritious, tasty, versatile and affordable, these are a great buy. 5 stars!
