I bought these to help balance my gut flora when travelling while pregnant. I managed three weeks in a developing country without getting a bad belly, which I have previously been susceptable to while travelling. I continued to take these towards the end of both my pregnancies and am currently taking them whilst breastfeeding. Great to buy when on special.
