I have bought this medicine for my children first time instead of very common Panadol brand, as this was recommend by pharmacist, This is effective and contains same dose of paracetamol 50mg/ ML. The main thing is cost as this brand at low price provide same relief and benefits as other expensive brand in market.

It works great for my son and he doesn’t mind taking Dymadon as it doesn’t have a bitter after taste.
