My favourite fridge staple. Amazing amount of protein. Low in calories. Crunchy. Just 15 minutes in the airfryer and you’ll have a golden plant based protein you can pair with any veggie. Even better when cut up and put in wraps, curries or pasta’s! Often on sale at Woolworths too!
