I bought this item at a special price. Typically, I'd imagine it would be quite expensive due to the required mixing process to ensure complete dissolution in water. However, a significant portion of this particular product seems to be a substantial quantity, as it's advertised as having approximately 66 servings, which is roughly equivalent to serving sizes that would last over two months.

great additive to have after you training, you need to consume 20 minutes after returning session and have one teaspoon, doesn't taste amazing, but does the job.

This creatine powder is finely milled and has a mild, neutral flavour which means it is easy to add into almost anything. I love putting this in smoothies to increase my nutrition, and I love that this tub was half price when I bought it, and that it comes in a handy resealable tub. A great product.
