5-Star Review of Modi Apples

I bought these because they were on special but they ended up being super crunchy and sweet and barely browned once cut, perfect for our lunches this week. I use the salt water method for cut apples - cut them, put in salt water for a few min, rinse and then keep in the fridge or pack for lunches for the week.
