I have been using it for awhile, it’s effective when you use it atleast for 6 months continuously. It was suggested by one of the Doctors which you can find on shelf.

Just started using this, not sure how well it will work but it feels nice on the head can barely tell I have it on but will buying for a few months to see how it goes
