I like Gourmet Garden Cold Blended Paste Lemongrass 80g for its convenience and freshness. Nice fresh taste lasts a long time in refrigerator, great for cooking and use in many recipes that I wouldn't know it was there. It is so fragrant and tasty. I honestly don’t want to have to take the time to whack on a fresh lemongrass stalk to obtain the flavour.
