Pork and chive frozen dumplings are flavourful and juicy, with a well-balanced filling that works great boiled, steamed, or pan-fried. I’ve been enjoying them as a quick dinner with a splash of vinegar and chilli oil. The only downside is that some brands have thicker wrappers that can break or become doughy if not cooked carefully.
