It has a smoky flavor just as the packaging claims. It comes in thin slices, perfect for stuffing inside a croissant or making a ham sandwich. It has little visible fat and a good taste for ham lovers. The downside is that it contains a lot of preservatives and salt. Once opened, it should be consumed as soon as possible.
