Not sure if it is helping as I just started but the flavor is pretty good and it helps in keeping me from feeling hungry all the time, raiding the pantry. I got the double chocolate mocha flavor. Each pack is meant to give 14 complete meals.

yes this tastes ok but this just doesn’t work. you didn’t just drink this and exercise and lose weight. save your money and buy fruit and vegetables and not waste money on this
