Absolutely love love this. It adds another dimension in my dishes, especially when making a dish of pasta, I fry this in the pan with the sauce base. Great to keep in the fridge and appears to be OK to use for about 3 months after opening, due to the oil and high salt content.

Anchovies... mmmm delicious. This is no exception. Eat these guys your own way and with salads, pizza, eggs, baked goods etc. May seem expensive for a small jar, but in saying that you only need a small amount to get that flavour explosion.
