definitely not the best item at the supermarket.this does have a fairly negative taste however when mixed in with soups or blanched or baked this item really powers up. sliced finely in salads and i am surs the kids will not be any wiser.

Wash and place onto an oven tray with salt pepper and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese Bake in the oven @180 degrees for 20 mins Enjoy as a side dish with your bbq meat or sausages
