These are so fresh and crunchy. Perfect for stir fry with other vegetables. I also add them tossed together with my pasta.

Fresh asparagus has a mild sweetness balanced with a green, almost nutty flavor. Thin spears are more delicate, while thicker ones are meatier and better for roasting or grilling.
