Thickness and absorbency is good, but length is just far to short. more like a thick linner, not good for frequent movement. would say flow recommendation should be a 1 as some flow easily goes outside pad.

purchased for share the dignity charity donations at woolworths. great price as they were on special. period products are so expensive and the fact that there are woman that cannnot access these products for free is wild. and the fact that we pay tax on a product that is essential for woman to stay clean.
