preparing my daughter for her first period was made less stressful by the teen pads - they are a much better fit for her and arent bulky so she doesnt feel self conscious. they are slim so fit into a small zip purse nicely and i just pop it into her backpack. This is a great option for beginners

I much prefer the Libra Teen Pads Regular with Wings compared to regular pads. They provide reliable protection but without the bulkiness that can feel uncomfortable.
