Good garlic and the packaging is easy to remove, yet holds garlic bulbs in place. You can remove the cloves and freeze them to keep it for longer time.

good quality garlic that is cheap to buy and has a good taste. the bulbs are quite big and work great in a lot of dishes. only downside is they don’t stay fresh for as long as other brands

I’d be happier if the garlic was from Australia. I bought these to roast to make a spread, just 20 minutes in the oven with a drizzle of oil. Can be used in soups, sauces, in any style of cooking. If using in sauces fry off the garlic before adding soft ingredients.
