I absolutely love these!!!! I’m trying to lean out and hit protein goals so that I stay fuller for longer and these are an amazing low calorie high protein option. I’ve used them to make crunchy LCM-style slices with dark chocolate on top and they are a healthy, low-calorie snack that packs an impressive amount of protein! They’re also great to add crunch to yoghurt bowls or granola bars. They could probably be used in savoury dishes too. The only drawback is that they are $7 which is quite expensive. I’d love to buy them in bulk from somewhere!
