It's good for people with iron deficiency but can cause side effects like constipation, stomach pain and some digestive issues. Vitamin C is included in this so better absorption of iron. The 90 tablets box is cheaper compared to the smaller one.

A great iron tablet. My husband's doctor told him to start taking iron tablets after a low iron count showed up on a routine blood test. Ferro- grad C was what was recommended. You can take one tablet daily and it doesn't need to be with food. It also contains vitamin C which is an added bonus. His iron is now excellent and he just takes 1 tablet per week to maintain this. These tablets have never caused him constipation which is a common side effect of iron supplements. He has been extremely happy with this product and would highly recommend it.

taking as recommended by GP to improve ferritin levels. have been taking for 2ish months now. initially had some side effects but may have been because I was taking at different times each day. no side effects since I started taking first thing each morning. I like that it includes vit c already and has a fairly high does of iron per tablet. it does make your poo black though and is quite costly compared to other brands. red tablet pictured below- about twice the size of my vit d tablet. I like purchasing the 90 tablet bottle for more supply
