I absolutely love the Evergreen Gyoza Wraps! They’re super easy to work with soft, flexible, and they don’t tear when folding or sealing, which makes them perfect for both beginners and pros. The texture after cooking is spot on nice and chewy on the inside with a crisp edge when pan-fried. They also taste really fresh and don’t have that artificial aftertaste some other brands do. They hold fillings really well too I’ve used them for both traditional pork and veggie gyozas, and even tried them for wontons and mini dessert dumplings, and they turned out amazing every time. Great value for the quality you get. Definitely my go-to brand for gyoza wrappers reliable, versatile, and delicious! 🥟
