This Tofu is the Silken type, meaning it's super soft. Can be eaten cold as a dessert with added sugar syrup or hot accompanying rice meal. Great source of protein.

I tried the Evergreen Silken Tofu and it’s super soft and smooth, kind of just melts in your mouth. The taste is really mild, so it goes well with pretty much anything. I had it chilled and also tossed it into soup, and both ways were really good. Easy to use straight from the pack too, not too watery or messy.

great for hotspots and nice taste. doesn't have the stinky tofu flavour that some have.
