Photo Review of Evergreen Regular Tofu

I bought this tofu every time I go to Chinese grocery stores. I can keep it in the fridge for a while as it is vacuum sealed, so it won’t go off easily. It is tasty, I use it for stir fried, for soup and for casseroles.
