This bag has one whole Kg of salmon, divided into 8 pieces, each piece individually packed for freshness. I only take out the number of pieces that I need. They defrost fairly quickly, and only takes a few minutes to cook on the pan. As the salmon has been marinated with Mediterranean style herbs, no further preparation was required. Taste is great too.
