The Ocean Chef Hoki fillets were tender and had a fresh, mild flavor. They cooked evenly and tasted great whether baked or fried. I’d definitely buy them again for a quick and healthy meal.

I bought this for my dog who is on a special diet just to convince him to eat. It is on the lower phosphorus spectrum than other meats. We steam it in the microwave and break it up into little bits. Zip lock closer is great. My dog absolutely loves it. One star off because some pieces are extremely thin.
