I have tried these scallops many times and keep coming back for them. They are salty, sweet and have an amazing texture. They are low in flavour compared to other seafood and can be eaten alone, added to dishes, baked, fried or thrown into soups. They are extremely flaky and stringy which I find a great texture. They are expensive but worth it!
