Unlike some other that can be dense or slightly styrofoam-like, the "thin" crispbread are light and crunchy. They feel like popped kernels compressed into a wafer. While they can be slightly fragile the crispy texture is exactly what makes them so enjoyable. They do glue to the tooth so I advise rinse mouth afterwards.
