These are my absolute go-to for a quick snack that doesn't feel heavy. I love that they actually taste like toasted corn and stay really crunchy, unlike some other rice cakes that can get cardboardy. we eat these Occassionally if there is no bread they are a little too thin and crumble easily high in carbs not a lot of taste to them
