We have started buying these Wokka Golden Hokkien Shelf Fresh Noodles recently. We tried them with a particular dish and liked them a lot, so have tried them with some other dishes with great success. They are easy to prepare, they taste great with a nice texture, and they let the flavours shine through really well. They are a bit expensive though, so we try to stock up when they are on special.

I think hokkien noodles are a delicious addition to any stir fry dish you’re trying to achieve, the thick ones arnt my favourite as they don’t get as soft as I’d like but still yummy. The wokka brand is my favourite so far, it tastes great and doesn’t disappoint.
