Hass Avocados are very nutritious. They contain good fats, vitamins and minerals. I love the texture of avocados. You can smash or add them to your smoothies or you can create a quick and nice meals with them very fast. You can use them for salads , making nice mayonaise or even for sandwiches, on toast. Delicious!!! I highly recommend this product.
