Hass avocado is a variety with dark green and bumpy skin. When it's ripe, the skin becomes a dark purplish-black and yields to gentle pressure, and the flesh is pale green near the skin and becomes a deeper yellow-green towards the center. It is considered the tastiest type of avocado, and it has many nutritional benefits. I like it in guacamole.

honestly can’t live without avo – it’s creamy, fresh, and works with just about everything. On toast, in salads, or smashed with a little salt and lemon, it always tastes like a treat. It’s filling but still feels light, and the texture is perfect. When it’s ripe, nothing beats it. Definitely a staple in my fridge
