Hass Avocados are a popular variety known for bumpy skin , creamy texture and rich flavour in side .The flesh inside is pale green near the skin and deeper yellow/ green towards the middle. Taste is known for its rich nutty flavour. Hass avocadosare rich in healthy fat with minerals and vitamins for healthy body .

My favourite is to mash it up and use it as a dip for my crackers or even healthy carrots or celery. I sometimes add a little mayonnaise to it for extra flavour, but it's already good on its own. Gives me a completely healthy dip that is both enjoyable and guilt free. Avocados contains healthy fats that is good for the body. The best thing is the great unique taste of it.
