This timer works extremely well. Was very easy to set up the time you want your device on/off. Has the plastic cover to protect the timer wheel & the actual plug. Comes with 3yr warranty. Timer can be used on heavy duty motors like pool or spa motors, garden & Xmas lights, pumps, air cons & fans. Timer also works in 30min increments. Has weatherproof rating so will be ok if it gets wet. I use mine for my Xmas lights & it works really well. Was a good price but I got mine on special so was even better value.
