Been using Vital Strength Creatine (100% creatine monohydrate) for about a month and I’ve noticed better strength and slightly quicker recovery after heavy workouts. Mixes easily, no strong taste. Only downside: didn’t come with a scoop, so measuring is a bit of a guess. Good value for money overall.
