The bean shoots are fresh and clean, very easy to use for cooking. The portion is good for one or two meals. It would be even better if the packaging was resealable.

I almost purchase Chinese Bean Sprouts every week. Easy to make salad mixed, or you can put some bean sprouts with noodle soup. Yummy. The price is normal
