Bought these for my husband so he saves more on money and doesn't buy take out as much. These are packed with protein and have a variety of flavours. He says they're also a good portion.

depends on what your goal is , if it’s a lower cal intake for the day it may abit to high over 500 cal and I think it’s not worth it for the taste. it’s alright, not bad.. it’s salty, a lil tasteless. lots of morsel (round)pieces of pork not sure why it’s round like a tiny meat ball.
