I buy these strawberries to add to my food such as in my smoothies,cereal,desserts ,and yogurt as a healthy choice. Strawberries are low in calories, nutrient rich fruits packed with vitamin C ,fibre and antioxidants for healthy choice .I have put strawberries on my pancakes too, so yummy.

When they’re good, they’re really good — sweet, juicy, and gone within minutes. The problem is consistency; one punnet is flavour-packed, the next is pale and watery. I buy them anyway. They’re brilliant with yogurt, on porridge, or just rinsed and eaten by the handful. In season, nothing beats them. Out of season, manage your expectations.
