The portions are generous, and the salmon is usually fresh with a nice colour and clean taste. It cooks up beautifully whether I air-fry it for crispy skin or bake it in the oven with some lemon and herbs. Great for feeding the family without a lot of fuss, and it feels like good value for the quality you get.

Tassal salmon family bundle 460 grams. usually have Tassal brand smoke salmon. trying the fresh salmon this time. very fresh. fat and meat ratio good. prefect salmon for pan fried, for baking. four pieces in a pack. prefect for family dinner.
