The prawns are already cooked. They are perfect for dipping, soup noodle, stir-fry etc. I also used the shells for soup and they make awesome and hearty broth. There is nothing to waste. I only buy the prawns when they are in discount as seafoods are expensive.

I got these on clearance as they used by date was approaching but they still have a really nice flavour and a great if you want to take them for a picnic somewhere because the container is a really good size
