My furbaby loves these frozen to lick & chew on during these hot summer days. It not only nourishes her but keeps her occupied for a while. The ingredients include (in descending order): Kangaroo, Chicken, Beef and/or Pork and/or Lamb; Salmon. There are the some other vitamins & minerals etc added.

Cat eats the serving in 2 minutes flat. Good range so I can rotate the varieties so she doesn't get bored

one of my cats loves this one. he will rat the whole portion, it's easy to give you just cut out the portions off the rest sometimes though it's hard to get the plastic open so have to cut it
