these protein bars are always a nice treat when you’re craving something sugary. They come in so many flavours and textures – chewy, soft, hard, or chocolatey – so there’s usually something for everyone. They’re fun to snack on and share, but they can be very moreish and easy to overeat. Best enjoyed in moderation as a little pick-me-up.
