I like Carmans Protein Bars Cookies & Cream 200g for its taste and good ingredients. This product is great tasting and good value for money. Some protein bars can be overly sweet, but I found this one to be a perfect sweetness for my taste. This is a delicious protein bar with heaps of protein and very low carbs. Highly recommended.

absolutely delicious I loved the flavour of the cookies and cream which was a pefrct addition to the nutty flavour. you even get a punch of protein without the yucky powdery flavour of the protein. perfect size and portion for on the go and lunches.
