pretty good on the go snack especially with the 10g of protein per bar. satisfies my hunger until meal time. the flavours a favourite, not sweet nor has that “fake sugar” aftertaste. the roasted nuts are an extra plus too. I think only downside is the price; around $8-$9 for a box of 6. But overall it is something I enjoyed.
