While I personally wouldn't count this as breakfast, being a big eater, they are a great snack food. Really gentle, but filling on an empty stomach. Overall, it is a really enjoyable food to eat. A great soft chew, with the flavours of dried fruit, nuts and seeds, with a hint of spice I can't quite put my finger on, but really adds to it. Fabulous soft, chewy texture...

These are my fave. I find them satisfying and filling. They are sweet without being too sweet. With Carmans I feel like I get value for money.

Another great Carman’s product living up to their great reputation. In my opinion, Carman’s lives at the top of the muesli bar food chain and these particular bars deliver a great nutritional value on multiple fronts. I managed to buy in bulk which brought down the cost as well

This classic bar is the best among the Carmans bars product range. With a perfect mix of the ingredients, it gives a satisfying taste. I like it in the breakfast or a snack any time.
