Sweet, succulent and all the tropical goodness you can get from this delicious pineapple. is great cleaned and diced/sliced as a snack or desert. Also goes nicely in massaman curry or fried rice. I lastly like to use in sponge milk cakes for added sweetness and fresh fruit notes.
