The doctor prescribed me to this acne medicine, as the medicine I was previously using wasn't exactly strong enough, considering how much acne and scarring my skin was starting to develop. On the 1st of using this product, I woke up to itchiness, a red forehead and irritation. I tried it out on the 2nd night, but only put a thin layer on and applied it to areas where it was most necessary. On the 3rd of taking Epiduo, I noticed that my acne was starting to become worse. I researched and realised it was a common side effect. Within the span of 3 weeks, my skin started to dramatically clear up, only leaving a small amount of scarring around my forehead area as it was the most problematic. I suggest washing the medicine off in the morning using a cleanser, as well as applying a ton of sun cream as my skin got burnt easily and irritated by UV light. I highly recommend Epiduo to anyone who has acne or acne scarring.
