However, when I started using this as often as I can during the day, it assists in optimising the effect of Tretinoin and my face scars and fine lines and dryness has improved a lot.. you can essentially feel the hydration and softness in an instant and the shedding of dry skin disappeared. gentle on facial skin.. highly recommended
