The pork dim sums are not authentic as the Asian one in terms of the texture and flavour. They are more like the dumplings.

These are my favourite frozen dim sims. They are not too thick or doughy, and the pork filling is well seasoned and genuinely tasty. For a quick, delicious and satisfying snack, these are unbeatable.

First time trying these and they were great. Steaming them is the best way to heat them up. The packet says 10 minutes but I added a couple of extra minutes to be sure they were nice and hot in the middle. I really liked the flavour of them. They were a little different to restaurant dim sims but still very nice. Take a look at my video review to see how easy they are to prepare.
