Photo Review of Hong Kong Dim Sim Kitchen Prawn Dumplings

These were okay but wouldn’t buy them again. I found two prawn shells and found them rather mushy. When I cooked them. I feel like maybe frying them would be the better option than steaming. The dumpling didn’t hold up very well.
