Review of Hong Kong Dim Sim Kitchen Siu Mai Pork Prawn & Mushroom 300g

The siu mai is big and needs to be steamed for more than 15 minutes. If possible, using the bamboo steamer would be much better. I like having the siu mai with some soy sauce and sesame oil.
