Review of Hong Kong Dim Sim Kitchen BBQ Pork Buns 300g

I recently tried the Hong Kong Dim Sum Kitchen BBQ Pork Buns, and they honestly surprised me. The buns were super fluffy and soft, just like the ones you'd get at a yum cha place. The BBQ pork filling was sweet, savory, and generously portioned — not dry at all, which I was worried about. I just steamed them straight from the freezer, and they turned out perfect in under 10 minutes. Definitely keeping a pack in the freezer for quick comfort food cravings!
